OUR LOYAL TRES CLASSIQUE CUSTOMERS

I hoped this day would never come but, Tres Classique is closing its doors. Our supplier in Modena, Italy has discontinued selling us our balsamic vinegar and therefore, we won't be able to make any of our flavors from this point forward. We have enough flavors for the next few months but some flavors will run out faster than others. As of May 14, 2013 we have all of our flavors still in stock but, when a flavor is gone, it's gone for good. We have over 100 cases of Lemon Splash still on hand and will have that flavor for several months because we know how much people love our Lemon Splash!

Please, don't go into a deep depression because all is not lost. When one door closes, another door opens... We're not going down without a fight! We're introducing a new line of products under the label "California Balsamics"! We've even reinvented Lemon Splash as "Electric Lemon".  We are using the same oil, but with a much older and thicker white balsamic.  So far the reviews from customers have been excellent.  A few new flavors we are test marketing are.....Tangerine Vinaigrette and an Onion Vinaigrette.  Check out our festival schedule and come sample our new culinary delights.  We think you'll be impressed.

All of us at Tres Classique would like to thank everyone  who has helped us stay in business for the past 27 years, donated recipes and driven long distances to festivals.  We're not going away, just a little change in the "recipe of life!"
