Tres Classique, nestled in Northern California's beautiful wine country, has been in business since 1985. Located next to the fairgrounds in Ukiah, we're two hours north of San Francisco. Our philosophy in business is "grass roots" marketing. We sell our custom infused balsamic vinegar and oils at farmer's markets, street fairs, winery events and Christmas festivals. This gives us the opportunity to let customers sample all of our products. We have close to 50 flavors in our line, but we usually take about 15 to any market. It's dramatically more work to drive, set up, sell and break down at each event, but in the end it's worth it. Sampling is the key to our success. We get immediate feedback from each sample and over time, returning customers often share recipes or make suggestions for future flavors.

We've just started to feature a new line of gift boxes that are imported from Poland. Packed with our most popular balsamic vinegar and custom infused oils, these beautiful, handmade boxes are an ideal gift for someone who will enjoy our flavors as well as have a keepsake they'll cherish for years. I love to give a gift that will remind them of me each time they open it.

Lemon rice bran oil, blended with a ten year old white sauvignon blanc balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Introduced in March of 2005, it's the best selling flavor in our 22 year history.
