Garlic Balsamic Bread Dipping OilThis used to be called Duet and Baby Duet Dipping Oil. We've added fresh garlic and upgraded the quality of the balsamic from a nine year old to the 18 yr. old balsamic and sales immediately tripled. We consider this our second "signature flavor". In 1999 we were asked by our customers at a street festival to come up with our own dipping oil. When we debuted our dipping oil it became our best selling product. Now all we do is custom blend oil and vinegar. Suggestions for our Dipping Oil.......use on cooked vegetables, marinade chicken, fry chicken, over pasta, salads and of course bread dipping. One customer suggested to turn a Portabella mushroom upside down, stem removed, and pour one tbl. dipping oil inside the webbing of the mushroom. (If the webbing is near black it's not fresh, but simply scoop out the webbing) Put a slice of your favorite cheese over the top, season to taste and bake about 15 minutes. I like to use Swiss cheese and a little crumbled feta. A slice of tomato is optional. Slice in half for an appetizer, or slice into cubes with a toothpick and serve as an orderve. Additional Info

Lemon SplashThis is one of our two "signature flavors". Previously known as Lemon Sauvignon Splash, we dropped the word Sauvignon because people thought there was alcohol in the product. if you want some vodka or wine in the Splash, you'll have to add your own. Not a bad idea.......... We like to use the Lemon Splash on salads, vegetables (broccoli & asparagus), seafood (salmon, shrimp or lobster), baked chicken, pasta (angel hair & penne are my favorites), fresh fruit or bread dipping. One of my favorite recipes is to mix one tsp. Splash with 1 tbl. mayo and spread over fish or chix and bake @ 350 till done. Moist and tasty. Additional Info

Raspberry Balsamic VinaigretteWe blend seedless raspberries from Oregon with soybean oil, white balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, water, honey and allspice. A tiny bit of Xanthan gum is how we get the three layers to separate. Use on a green salad, spinach salad, fresh fruit or surprisingly as a steak sauce. One of our customers mixed two tbl. RBV with a small container of room temperature goat cheese. Add one quarter tsp. garlic powder and roll in some wax paper till it's in the shape of a long snake the width of a dime. set in the fridge over night and slice into small pieces to put in a salad. This was her secret recipe for years.........not any more! Additional Info

Valencia SplashPreviously known as Blood Orange Splash, we switched to our custom blend of pure Valencia Orange Oil with rice bran oil from Thailand and finish with our white balsamic vinegar. Common ways to use this unique flavor is over a spinach salad, fruit salad, vegetables, chix, seafood, yogurt or vanilla ice cream. It turns into an orange creamcicle. Mix a tbl. of splash with a 1/3 cup of sour cream. Add a little powdered sugar (granulated sugar won't melt) to taste. Use this as a fruit fondue! Dip apple slices, pineapple chunks or strawberries. You'll impress your friends. Substitute Valencia Splash to make the same recipe with mayo as above in the Lemon Splash section for salmon or chicken. Additional Info
