Lemon Splash

This is one of our two "signature flavors".  Previously known as Lemon Sauvignon Splash, we dropped the word Sauvignon because people thought there was alcohol in the product.  if you want some vodka or wine in the Splash, you'll have to add your own.  Not a bad idea..........     We like to use the Lemon Splash on salads, vegetables (broccoli & asparagus), seafood (salmon, shrimp or lobster), baked chicken, pasta (angel hair & penne are my favorites), fresh fruit or bread dipping.  One of my favorite recipes is to mix one tsp. Splash with 1 tbl. mayo and spread over fish  or chix and bake @ 350 till done.  Moist and tasty.
